This Is How We Do It

One Project At the Time

One of the founders talking about iGroup shortly on one of our Client Farms at Cumbria.

Getting the Work Done

I-Group is a pioneering movement building and maintaining an ever evolving self-sufficient local community economy and ecosystems, firmly rooted in the principle of working with nature, while understanding humans being important part of the ecosystem. Humans leading the way and taking full responsibility of their local economy and ecosystems together. We as a group own what we do, train others on how to do this and organise people together who can help.

Our members and volunteers are our owners. In everything you take part and do, you own it. Emphasizing a deep sense of commitment and personal stake in the collective's success. Ownership in I-Group translates to direct involvement and equity in the projects one engages with, fostering a tangible connection to the work and its outcomes. The organization is dedicated to fostering local communities, ensuring the local production and consumption of food, energy, and water, connecting people directly with local producers.

This extends to financial gain as well as owners will receive shared profits, directly from I-Group and their local I-Group community. Funded by you, Owned by you, Choices made by you.

Collaboration is at the heart of I-Group's ethos, where owners work closely with their crew to accomplish tasks, embodying the idea that "many hands make light work." Embracing a step-by-step approach to overcoming challenges, I-Group lives by the motto: "How do you build an pyramid? One piece at a time," symbolizing their methodical progress towards ambitious goals.

Every action and initiative within I-Group is designed to benefit its owners, our environment and society, creating a culture of ownership, responsibility, and shared achievement towards building sustainable economy, ecosystems and infrastructures.
